Our purchase agreement (the offer) is straight forward and easy to read. You don't need to be a lawyer to understand it.
STEP 4 : You Accept or Decline the Offer
If you accept our offer, we’ll set up a closing for a date of your choosing. It can be in as little as 7 days. The closing will take place at a reputable and convenient title company. They will handle all the paperwork, collect the funds from us, and cut a check to you.
